The TICA Virtual Manager is TICA’s latest product released to the market.

After 15 years of supporting the TICA Data Retrieval software program, we have now rebuilt it from the ground up and added some new exciting features.

We have listened to our clients and taken the comments and suggestions to create TICA Virtual Manager, designed for you - the property manager, simple to set up and use. TICA Virtual Manager is available to all TICA members as part of their full membership that fall into the categories of Real Estate Agent, Residential Unit Managers or Caravan Parks.

Unlike TICA Data Retrieval, TICA Virtual Manager is an online internal database, there is no software to install and no matter what operating system you are using it will just work.

For any members who are still using TICA Data Retrieval you are able to upload your existing details into TICA Virtual Manager.

TICA Virtual Manager is your own internal database, which means it is not subject to any State Legislation that governs Tenancy Databases or it's users.

This innovation is another step TICA has taken to continue to Empower the Industry.
