MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

FOR ALL OTHER MEMBERS

The simplicity of the TICA system and its fast searching capabilities make the system easy to use.

By having the ability to record tenants’ details from the time of current tenants through to a recommended tenant status or even an adverse listing, you are contributing to the lowering of the default tenant ratio.

Every member makes a difference to TICA and its membership, as your information is just as important as theirs.

No member can access another member’s restricted site, they are all protected.

COST OF MEMBERSHIP

Perhaps the greatest incentive to join TICA is the small cost of membership compared to the grand scale of how much money TICA could potentially end up saving you!

Membership to TICA is currently only £99.00 per annum giving you unlimited access to the online TICA database.

All tenant enquiries and the lodging or clearing of information on the database is free by using internet access.

(This membership is valid for only one office and multiple offices of the same company must have a valid membership per office.)

HOW TO JOIN

To join TICA, simply complete the Membership Agreement form by clicking here. Or, if you are a tenant referencing company, please refer to the membership page titled “For Tenant Reference Agents”.

Once the above form has been submitted and your payment received, a membership kit will be emailed to you containing your TICA user ID and password which you will need to access the TICA database.

When making an enquiry on the TICA database the screen will ask you to fill in a few basic ID details of the particular applicant that has applied for a property through you. This then allows the database to search for any records.

If there is a default recorded you have the option to view or print the record along with the place of default and the contact name and number/s of the lodging member. If there is no information you will be advised no match found.

TICA gives you the information the applicant neglected to advise you.
